This session will expand on the use of a creative collaborative approach to engage and sustain community partnerships. Through the use of this process, our organization has been successful in creating sustainable programs that are used throughout the greater community. Examples and resources will be shared to illustrate this journey.

Inspiration for the approach was taken from the Design Thinking model. and includes five cyclical components.
