Patient navigation and persistence are foundational to building any successful partnership. Using your existing (or envisioned) public-private partnership as source material, you’ll spend this workshop engaged in employing the tools of systems thinking to analyze and pilot your partnership’s development and growth, including identifying and understanding its inherent complexities.
Systems thinking acknowledges the interrelationship among the web of factors that affect the outcome of any endeavor and provides tools to navigate them successfully.
Your facilitator is Steve Barrett, the Director of the Wildwood Outreach Center and its public-private partnership, Systems Thinking Schools. Steve will guide you through an interactive systems thinking process to plan and/or assess your partnership’s path.
